About Anthem Education

Anthem Education students come from all walks of life. Our diverse student population, including men and women of all ages, ranges from high school graduates and single moms preparing for the next chapter in their lives to those who have served in the military, those who are interested in changing careers and others who are seeking to acquire more skills and advance in their current jobs. What they all have in common is the desire to achieve more in life through career-focused education and training.

Our family of over 40 campuses in cities around the United States is dedicated to providing high-quality career education that prepares graduates for the real-life job market and helps them find employment. We create courses of study to meet the needs of real companies. Our staff works proactively with businesses to learn what skills they are looking for and how we can provide the qualified employees they need.  Our schools’ services are structured to help students achieve their career goals. In addition to having skilled instructors, our Career Center advisors help students identify opportunities, prepare resumes, access financial aid and learn job search and interview strategies. From the initial application process through graduation, we take a practical, career-focused approach to learning.

We understand the challenges facing adult students who want to pursue an education, so we provide flexible class schedules to accommodate personal and work responsibilities. Some of our programs have online components and others are available entirely online. Our goal is to structure our programs to help students stay in school and succeed. We listen, learn and shape our curriculum in ways that best prepare our students for their future.  At Anthem Education, we care.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to successfully prepare our graduates for new career opportunities

The Education Department

The Education Department is dedicated to providing a quality education through career focused programming. In doing so, student services is an important part of the educational experience. Focusing on the students’ needs through advising, tutoring, and community resources allows us to embrace our commitment to being “The College that Cares.”  Every Anthem Education Campus has a  Director of Education who oversees all programs which are taught by academically qualified instructors with industry experience who are passionate about their chosen fields. Programs are regularly evaluated to ensure the highest quality and the most current curriculum.

The Education Department provides academic advising to students throughout their programs, based on an individual student’s needs. Tutoring is available. The final decision regarding the number of hours scheduled and tutor assigned is subject to the approval of the individual campus. There is no additional cost to the student for tutoring. Please refer to the school catalog for more information.

Anthem Education is a member of The Library and Information Resources Network (LIRN) which enables students to access resources from any location in which they have access to the Internet.  Each campus provides a library/resource center that is a centralized place where students can use professional reference books and periodicals. Students are also able to use the computer laboratory when classes are not in session. Anthem Education’s web access also allows students to view their upcoming scheduled courses, communicate with instructors via e-mail, view their grade book, and access periodicals.
