PHOENIX, ARIZONA, April 5, 2011—Anthem Education Group (AEG) announces the appointment of James Hutton, PhD, as Chancellor and CEO.
Dr. Hutton has served as AEG`s Executive Chairman of the Board since January 2008. He brings a solid background working with and improving the quality of private sector college and university education since 1988. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman for Education Corporation of America, which he also co-founded, and as CEO for Virginia College. He served as a Commissioner for the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) and as Board Chair in 2006.
He presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU).
Dr. Hutton earned a PhD in Health Services Administration and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
