Established in 1981, Anthem College – Maryland Heights offers career-focused training programs in the healthcare field.
Anthem College – Maryland Heights trains students by blending coursework with work in labs designed to look like actual medical facilities. Students work in the labs to develop and perfect the skills their employers will expect them to have mastered.
Each year, we hold a Trauma Day where students practice their skills in a simulated medical disaster. Volunteers role-play injuries caused by bombings to plane crashes to earthquakes (Missouri is actually on an earthquake fault). Students triage patients, assist with surgeries, provide patient care, and dispense pharmaceuticals, in order to be prepared for a real medical disaster. Read more about our Trauma Day events.
We are dedicated to graduating career-focused professionals whose skills match the needs of today’s medical employers.
If you did not earn a high school diploma or GED and are interested in our programs, please contact us to talk about the education choices you have.
