The Title IX Coordinator has primary responsibility for coordinating Florida Career College’s efforts to handle inquiries regarding Florida Career College’s non-discrimination policies. In carrying out its responsibilities, the Title IX Coordinator shall work with and receive support from the Title IX Compliance Team, which shall consist of the Campus President/Executive Director or designee at each Florida Career College campus and Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, where applicable.
